Featuring a dual layer zoned construction, the Sea to Summit Comfort Light Sleeping Mat not only looks awesome but has set the benchmark for
Air filled cells function in a similar manner to a pocket spring mattress with single layer cells in the head and feet areas and dual layers in the torso to create a mat with an outstanding balance between comfort and weight.
The Comfort Light is ideal for the hiker that doesn't like carrying a heavy pack and becomes an irritable bugger if he or she doesn't get a good night sleep!

R value please. Would this be warm enough to sleep on in 10 degrees?
G'day Pat,
You should be ok with the Comfort Light Sleeping Mat over summer, however, if you're using the mat in spring or summer we'd recommend an insulated mat with an R-value over 2. It would be worth having a read of this article which explains R-values, and how to maximise your entire sleep system.
how does this pump up? if pump needed, does this come with a pump? if doesn't come with a pump then can you recommend a pump for this?
G'day Fiona,
The Sea to Summit Comfort Light Sleeping Mat doesn't come with a pump, you can inflate it with your breath - but for ease of use we would recommend using a pump.
Two compatible options you may want to check out are the Jet Stream Pump Sack or the Air Stream Dry Sack both from Sea to Summit.
Does the comfort light fit regular & large in the jetstream sac?
Hi Fiona,
I've just checked with the info provided by Sea to Summit, and it says that the Comfort Light (non-insulated) mat in the Small, Medium, and Large size will fit in the Jet Stream Pump Sack.
