how does it compare to other fire pits1 answer
This is a similar price to the Darche Stainless Steel BBQ 310 Firepit. Hard to choose between just based on photos. How would you compare the two? Which is better?

It's not really a comparison between these two, as they're both made from the same materials. It would ultimately come down to aesthetics, and which one you like the style of more. The 310 gives you different grill height options, so may be more versatile for cooking, the Gasmate firepit has a larger holding capacity for a fire, so may be a better option if you're looking at something purely for comfort.
Otherwise, both options are great, and I'm sure you'll be happy with whichever one you choose.

What thickness are the plates

The plates are made from 2mm Stainless, which doesn't sound like much but it's quite thick compared to other popular firepit styles. Hope that helps!
