Yes the handles can be removed with an Allen key & screwdriver, it would be 50.5cm long without the handles. If the fridge needs to be anchored with tie-down straps, you'll need to do that through the handles as there are no other tie-down points.

G'day Ian,
We don't have specs at specific temperatures sorry, there are too many variables that can affect power consumption for anything quoted to be reliable - unless you can also stipulate the testing conditions. Dometic have advised this fridge draws a maximum of 6.5A, so it'll never be more than that. In winter, with a low ambient temperature, you'll probably use no more than 2A. In the middle of summer with higher ambient temps, you'll obviously be drawing a lot more.
