The Cedar Breaks 75L has a larger daypack with 2 bottle pouches and a rain cover, it also has a gliding lock system. The Cuba 75L has a smaller daypack with 1 bottle holder, no rain cover, and a velcro adjustable harness. The main pack of both models have an expansion zip, large external access bottom pocket, combination locks and a built-in rain cover. Basically the comparative difference is in the daypacks.

The Black Wolf Cedar Breaks 75L Travel Pack has quite a large area for hydration bladders in it, so you can pretty much use any sized bladder you'd like. The 3L will work fine.
