Spanning tarp spreader bars that run between and perpendicular to two horizontal and parallel poles add stability to your shelter and stop tarp fabric from sagging. These Supa Peg C-Clips are ideal replacement inserts for such spreader poles, providing firm and reliable grip.

Various sizes available to suit all round tent poles, these are also suitable replacements for upright support poles, where a long spanning spreader needs some central support.

They are made of high impact nylon and are UV treated for long life and superior strength.

Depends on your selection from the drop-down menu. The inserts for 19mm tubes are only available individually - ie. not as a pack of 2. However, the inserts to suit 22.2mm tubes are available as both a 2-pack or individually. Hope that helps :)

Will this fit into the Supa Peg 365cm aluminium spreader bar?1 answer

I think you don't sell this spreader bar, but it has aluminium 22.2mm and 25.4mm tubes.

G'day Tai,

The C-Clip Spreader Bar Support Inserts are designed to fit Galvanised steel poles with outer diameter of 19mm and 22.2mm. Unfortunately based on the information Supa peg provide these won't fit the Aluminimum poles with 22.4 or 25.4mm tube. Supa Peg does make these, but we don't stock them as they fit poles we don't sell.

The C clip fits onto a 22mm pole but what size is the other end ie the end that inserts into the pole?

G'day Sue,

The 'C-clip' end will actually fit around a variety of diameter poles. The 19mm and 22mm are actually referring to the size of the pole the 'wedge' end can be inserted into. In the case of Supa Peg, a lot of their poles like the Big Foot C-Clip Steel Support Poles have an inner pole diameter of 19mm and an outer pole diameter of 22mm.

23/7/19 - We've just found out that this answer from Tim is actually incorrect. The size refers to the outer diameter of the poles, so the 19mm will suit poles with an outer diameter of 19mm, and the 22mm, will suit poles with an outer diameter of 22mm
