Can I get a 30-day account?
To qualify for an account, you need to have an ABN and provide Purchase Order numbers for your orders.
How much discount do I get?
Well that all depends on your order really. We can sometimes negotiate a deal with suppliers for a bulk order – on top of our everyday low prices. We can also cover or subsidise freight on some orders.
Do I always need to buy in large quantities?
Not at all. Once your account is set-up, we are happy to supply you with anything you need, but of course the discount may vary.
I’m not sure what I need, can you assist?
If you are a new to camping and aren’t sure what gear you need – we’ve also got the expertise to point you in the right direction. Always happy to give advice and quote on a range of options. We can also provide gear lists for parents.
I need a quote for an insurance claim, can you provide me with one?
Sure, just email me the details and we will send you out a pro-forma invoice to get your claim going.
What payments do you accept?
We take Direct Deposit, Credit Card or Official Purchase Order.
Can I collect in-store?
Absolutely. If you’d prefer to collect just let me know. Once paid or put on a 30-day account you are welcome to collect from the nominated store at your convenience.
How long are your quotes valid for?
Our quotes are valid for 30 days. After this I may extend the terms if required.
