We don't carry any replacement poles for the Bungalow 9 tent, however, the roof poles are fibreglass so you should be able to replace them using a Pole Repair Kit. If you're needing replacement leg poles then we'd suggest reaching out to the team at Oztrail Spare Parts.

The Bungalow 9 Tent is a 2-3 season tent, so it will be suitable in light rain and warmer conditions. The tent has a full mesh inner, so it will be best suited to summer and the shoulder seasons, but you might find yourself quite chilly if you're using it in winter.

The Oztrail Bungalow 9 only comes with mesh walls which allows for maximum ventilation throughout the tent.

I'ver just checked out our display and the Oztrail Bungalow 9 does come with guy ropes. I can't be 100% sure on whether they come attached as we can't recall when setting up our display but they normally do on most tents. If not, it doesn't appear too difficult to attach them to the tent.

Once fully pegged out including all guy ropes and base pegs Kay, it will stand up as well as any large family style tent will in wind, and it is more than adequately waterproof for wet conditions. However, everything has it's limits, and with all family tents they have high and wide sides that catch the wind, the more upright the more they catch, and extreme winds a windbreak such as a vehicle may be required. In all honesty, if this is for family camping in predominantly fine conditions, then it's a good choice.

I wouldn't say it was difficult to put up Barbara. They are more cumbersome than tents with instant pitch or pop-up frames, but this tent only has four pole 'hoops', once these are in place all you need to do is peg the tent out. With two people and a trial run you won't have any dramas.

A dilemma almost every camper has faced - getting that tent back into the bag! I am yet to hear of anyone who is able to fold their tent as small as the manufacturer Matthew, but thankfully most manufacturers are responding to this and being generous with their storage bag dimensions. The bag for the Bungalow does not expand, but it fits loosely over the product as new, so there is room for the tent to expand.

Two steel awning poles are included with the Bungalow 9 Oriwia, they can be used on either the front or side awning. You can purchase additional poles through our website should you wish, you will find them under 'Tents & Shelters>Poles, Pegs & Ropes.

UPDATE 3/12: The new version of the Bungalow Tent from Oztrail no longer included the awning poles featured in most pictures.
