How long is the cable? What do you need to extend the cable.

G'day Erin,
We've heard back from Goal Zero and we can confirm that the output lead is 1m in length, but if needed you can connect the 8mm Input 30ft Extension Cable to the panel outlet to connect it to the battery if you're needing to position the solar panel away from the battery you're connecting it to.

Boulder 1001 answer
Hi does the panel come with a carry bag? What connections do I need to connect directly to a battery?
ben - Newcastle (6 years ago)
You only get the panel, cord and kickstand in the kit but no carry case sorry Ben, we don't have any specific carry cases for it either. Goal Zero products have their own system of plugs that work really well if you use all Goal Zero products. The Boulder 100 comes with a cord that has an 8mm plug suitable for connection directly to their Yeto Power packs. To connect this to a regular battery you would need to have something made up, ideally by a reputable 12V expert. Sorry I couldn't be of much help.
