The Dometic Bordbar TB 08 is a compact touch of luxury that fits right inside the cabin of your vehicle.
Equipped with thermoelectric technology, this little unit can cool your drinks to 20 degrees below ambient, or heat them up to 65 degrees above, making them ideal for keeping cool drinks right by your side on road trips, or for keeping your takeaway food warm on the drive home.
Powered by the 12V DC cigarette plug in your vehicle, the Bordbar TB 08 is easily secured with the seatbelts in your car to the front passenger seat or centre rear seat and has 8 litres of interior space designed to fit both 0.33l cans and 0.5l bottles.

Can this be powered by the Goal Zero Yeti 150?

G'day Emma,
The Dometic Bordbar TB 08 Heater & Cooler is quite power hungry for its size, and has 2.7Ah power consumption. The Goal Zero Yeti 150 is a 14Ah AGM Lead Acid power station and can only be used for around 7Ah before requiring charge, otherwise you'll damage the battery. Based on this, the Yeti 150 could power the Bordbar TB 08 for no more than 2.5 hours at 5°C with an ambient temp of 32°C. If you need to run it colder than 5°C, you'll get incrementally less run time.

Good news! We stock a nifty little product called the Waeco CoolPower EPS817 that will allow you to plug your Dometic Bordbar TB 80 Heater & Cooler into the powerpoint when you're camping. Unfortunately, we don't have these on the website but if you'd like to grab one, give us a buzz on 1300 914 007 and we'll sort you out. These mains adapters cost $89.90.
