G'day, just wondering on if this is suitable to connect the aquaheat camp shower system to a new 9kg gas bottle? cheers
G'day Issac,
Its a requirement of the Australian Gas Association for gas products to be used with the attachments and equipment provided, as this is how the product has been safety tested.
Aftermarket hoses and adapters arent covered for use under the product warranty, and they also come with an increased chance of risk/gas leaks.
Ofcourse adapters, replacement hose, etc are widely used by campers but this is an individual choice as opposed to being recommended - if that makes sense.
The unregulated BOM/UNEF to LCC27 is the hose you'd be after if that's what you like to do.
Will this work with the Companion Proheat high pressure gas burner which uses a BOM regulator as well?
G'day Kukush,
Yes this will connect to the BOM regulator arm on the Proheat 2 High-Pressure Gas hose to allow a connection to an LCC27 Gas Bottle.
