What is the capacity of the kettle (e.g 1L, 2L etc)? Can the handle be folded down for compact storage?

The Big Board No.8 Kettle has a 3L capacity. The handle is fixed so it won't fold down.

I can't be entirely sure what the handle is made from as Ozpig don't specify the material used. I suspect it is some sort of reinforced nylon. They do however specify on the packaging that it can be used on a fire, but I'd still be careful to keep that handle away from open flames and just set it off to the side of the fire surrounded by coals.
