Is this Suitable to put over a vehicle, from above, outside a vehicle?1 answer
If sleeping in SUV overnight, want windows open for ventilation, with this handing overhead, to stop mozzies. Doable or am I just dreaming?

The Bell Style Queen Mosquito Net is designed to be hung above a bed from a single attachment point. My guess would be that it wouldn't fit over the top of your SUV, and if it did it wouldn't touch the ground, unfortunately rendering it not mozzie proof. I believe you can get window frame covers for certain vehicles that allow the windows to be rolled down but stop mosquitoes etc - I'd suggest checking out a baby supply store for these.

The Bell Style Queen Mosquito Net has fairly fine polyester mesh, however they don't claim that it is sandfly/midgeproof. We'd suggest pairing the net with some DEET if you're going to a midge prone area.

The Hoop on the Bell Style Queen Mosquito net isn't removable. It is a flexible rubber type material though, so you might be able to pair it with a metal hoop you already have.

Hi Julia,
The Kookaburra Bell Style Mosquito Net packs down to 30L x 30W x 5H cm, so it should fit into a bag (depending on the size).
The hoop should fold to a certain degree, but you probably won't get it any smaller than the packed dimensions that are listed above as it is a queen size net.Â
