The Coleman Beach Lounger Chair measures 18.5cm off the ground so it does sit fairly low to the ground.
You could most certainly use it as a concert chair, but keep in mind that as it's a beach chair it's not going to be as high as a normal seat - so hopefully you will still be able to see the stage!Â
