The Alto is the perfect shoe for budding bushwalkers and ramblers who need something a bit more specific than your average pair of runners.
This lightweight shoe is constructed from a combination of waterproof suede for durability, and mesh to keep moisture at bay. The EVA midsole will give you that cushioning for all-day comfort, and the rubber lugged outsole will provide plenty of traction for all your outdoor exploits.
The ghillie lace-up system will keep your shoes on nice and secure all day long, and you can just chuck them on and get out the door quick-smart. These shoes are pretty versatile, so they’re a great option to get you started across a range of outdoor activities and sports.
When are these due back in stock? Im after an AU8. And also can you tell me if the ankle part sits lower on these than on some of the other hiking shoes? I have had trouble with some of the past shoes I’ve bought rubbing on the bottom of my ankle bone & giving blisters (with socks on)

G'day Heather,
We're expecting some stock to arrive for these shoes towards the end of January. As for the ankle part of these shoes. It's a little hard to judge exactly but our shoe expert, Kym, and I had a bit of a look at the Hi-Tec Alto Low WP Women's Shoe in comparison to a number of other women's hiking shoes that we stock. The ankle part does dip quite significantly around the ankle bone but is probably still about "average" when comparing the depth of the ankle to the sole of the shoe in comparison to other women's hiking shoes.
