If you need to trade up your old mat or roll of foam for something a little more substantial, then the durable Air Bed All Terrain from Coleman is worth checking out.
The surface is made from soft feel, puncture guard bonded fabric which provides durability, and also allows this mat to support more weight. The All Terrain is lighter, and more stretch and puncture resistant than standard Coleman airbeds of the same size so it will stand up to lots of use.
You don’t have to think about leaks, as this mat is factory tested to be leak free and it has a dual lock valve. And support-wise, the coil construction will give you the comfort you need. Pack up and storage is easy - just fold and roll, and you’re good to go!
Best of all, you can just chuck on your standard bed sheets to keep this mat in good nick. The Coleman All Terrain is the durable choice for camping trips, and when you’ve got guests coming to stay.
47% more puncture resistant, 25% more stretch resistant and 30% lighter than standard Coleman airbed of the same size
Factory tested to be leak free
Wrap and roll built-in storage system
Coil construction provides better support for superior comfort
I have the previous model Coleman Dura Sleep (bright blue colour) which is still going strong. Looking to get another one but they’re discontinued. How does the new model compare to the old? Is it fully covered in a canvas material like the old blue one was? I notice there’s two tones of grey in the images and it’s unclear.
John - SA(7 months ago)
G'day John,
We havent had the DuraSleep for many many years. I do recall the materials of both mats are very similar in both feel and quality, despite the colour change, however Coleman have always advertised the All Terrain mats as an even tougher model than previous versions. Hope that helps!

Inflation pressure1 answer
What is the recommended PSI these should be inflated to?
Matt - Lilydale, VIC (12 months ago)
G'day Matt,
Coleman has no specified PSI these should be inflated to, the Coleman Quickpumps can inflate to around 0.5 - 2 PSI maximum and these are the best pumps to use with these airbeds so somewhere around there. You wouldn't want to use an Air Compressor on these as it would be too much, just pump these up till they are inflated with something like the Coleman Quickpump and you should be good to go.

Pump1 answer
Hey- which pump do I need to buy for this mattress? Where can I get it from and which one exactly?
henna - Aberglasslyn, NSW(1 year ago)
G'day Henna,
You can literally use any brand or style of Mattress pump, but the Coleman pumps are a great place to start. The red Quickpump models are the most popular, but any of them will work.

Weight capacity1 answer
How much weight can this mattress handle?
Sharon - Melbourne, VIC(3 years ago)
G'day Sharon,
They don't come with a weight rating, unfortunately, but Coleman have previously indicated arund 200kg. My partner is quite tall and heavy and we have slept on one at a friends house once with no issues, however some people have provided feedback that a combined 170Kg was too much for the mattress. I think it also comes down to how you get on and off the mat, putting alot of pressure through concentrated points like knees and elbows wouldnt be a great idea. It may not be super graceful, but if you &/or your sleeping partner are on the 150Kg side of things the more evenly distributed pressure you can put on the mattress getting in and out of bed, the better the outcome would be. Hope that gives you abit of info to go off, the self inflating mattresses may be a better option as they are more supportive with a foam core, although they are generally in a higher price point than air mattresses.

R value, long trip comfort1 answer
do these have an r value? Are they comfortable enough to sleep on for a few months or would you recommend something else? Thanks
kel - NSW(3 years ago)
G'day Kel,
As far as I'm aware Air Mattresses cannot have an R-Value as there is no insulating properties in them. Much like sleeping on a ballon. They may be comfortable to sleep on for a few months but we haven't had feedback regarding this, and i think it would depend on your circumstances. If you need help deciding on a mattress, give our team a buzz on 1300 914 007, they'll be able to run through all your requirements and situation, and point you in the right direction.

Can I fit two of these in the coleman evo 6p?
Dongie - Fairfield Heights(3 years ago)
G'day Dongie,
They can physically fit, however they press against the tent inner which isn't ideal. This can often result in moisture transfer with condensation, etc and we don't recommend it. You're best bet would be opting for a smaller combination of mattress.

Mattress size1 answer
Does this fit into the Coleman Traveller 3P tent?
Thao - Prospect, SA(4 years ago)
G'day Thao,
Yes, the Coleman All Terrain Queen bed will fit in the Traveller 3P, but there won't be much room left over. The doorway is way too small to fit any mattresses through, so you'll have to do all the inflating / deflating inside the tent. Hope that helps!

Can I use a bike pump (foot pump) to pump up mattress?1 answer
Do I need an adapter - my pump has a Presta/Schrader type valve?
Yvonne - Dunsborough(6 years ago)
G'day Yvonne,
Unfortunately, you won't be able to pump up the Coleman All Terrain Queen Airbed with a bike pump as the valves are not compatible and there are no adapters available for the conversion. The best option will be to purchase a separate airbed pump.

how does the mattress pack away?1 answer
What does it pack into? it says in the description that you fold and roll up. does it come with straps?
Adam - Penrith(6 years ago)
G'day Adam,
Attached to the end of the Coleman All Terrain Queen Airbed is a piece of material with a handle and a drawstring. When you finish rolling up the mattress, the material simply folds over the top and then you pull tight the drawstring, which turns it into a little carry bag.

Use of Coleman Quickpump 4D1 answer
Hi,
can i check if i can use a Coleman Quickpump 4D to pump this All Terrain Queen Airbed? Is the adapter suitable?
Gabriel Tang - singapore(7 years ago)
G'day Gabriel,
The Coleman Quickpump 4D will work perfeectly well with the new Coleman All Terrain airbeds. You should only need to use the adaptors with similar products from other brands.
