Would this belt fit an iPhone as well as the full water bottle?

The Agile 250 Running Belt will fit up to an iPhone XS, so you should be ok, depending on the model of your iPhone. The included 250ml waterbottle has it's own pocket separate to the stretchy phone pocket, so yes you can fit a full bottle plus your phone.

I’m squeezing my iPhone 11 Pro Max in there, when it’s inside double ziplock bags (and its Kevlar Mous case). It’s tight, but it certainly doesn’t move around in there.

The Agile 250 Running Belt Set is a clearance model, and the Agile 250 Set Belt is the new model. They're essentially the same item just one is the newer model in slightly different colour options.
