Hi, just wondering if these are similar to self inflating mattresses, having a foam type core, for insulation etc. Thankyou

The Aeros Premium Deluxe Pillow from Sea to Summit doesn't have any kind of filling inside, so it's not going to provide a lot of insulation - but if you're sleeping on a warm mat that won't matter much.Â
If that doesn't sound like your cup of tea, the Thermarest pillows might be a good option to consider as they are made from foam.Â
