Is this lid high and unit hot enough to do a roast in or bake scones / damper. What fuel bottle ETC. do I need to buy for this unit, AND do U stock it.

The Adventurer Deluxe 2 Burner Portable BBQ has a lid depth of approximately 18cm, so you should be able to do a small roast, or butterflied shoulder with the lid shut. The unit can get hot enough to bake scones/damper in it too. The hose connects to a POL gas bottle. We sell that size unfilled in a 4kg and 9kg, but you can connect them directly to your BBQ style gas bottle (POL fitting) if you already have one at home.

I've had a look at our limited range of bags and we don't have one that fits the dimensions of this BBQ, unfortunately.
