Is the table top smooth or is it rough like the lifetime tables
G'day Robin,
I wouldn't call it rough, but it does have a slight texture like the Lifetime brand tables have. Generally thats the surface style that most blow moulded plastic tables have. I'm wondering if its more for abit of grip, and smooth plastic can be slippery & things may be more readily knocked over.
Is this a grey table or is it like a green/khaki kind of colour?
G'day Diego,
It's a grey colour, on my screen the colour in the online images is exactly right.
Does this table wobble from side to side like the lifetime table of a similar design?
G'day Brian,
The 4 Foot Fold in Half Table is pretty sturdy. I've had one for a number of years, and haven't had any trouble with side to side wobble.
Hey guys Is there a table thats got more height than this? I am 180cm and I find this too low to stand and prep meals on whilst camping.
G'day Rohan,
There aren't many higher tables for meal prep around, but the Outdoor Connection Bi-Fold High Table can be used at 70 or 90cm high, so might suit your needs.
Would these be ok to cook a Weber Baby Q or Ziggy on?
G'day Paul,
It should be fine to put your Weber Babby Q or Ziggy on the Coleman 4 Foot Fold in Half Table, just be sure to check the required clearance under the BBQ in case the model you purchase has to be on a certain surface type, or have a designated clearance.
Hi I’m looking at the 4ft & 6ft tables but noticed that their height seem a little different. Are they really a different height when at their full height? I need to use them side by side & was hoping they were the same.
G'day Kaye,
You're spot on, the two Coleman Fold in Half tables are slightly different heights for some reason! Here's a photo of the difference so you can decide if it will be suitable for you.
Maybe add a pic so I can see how it looks folded down ready to travel? Thanks
G'day Bill,
The legs of this table do fold up for transport - and they do tuck up inside the top section.
Just wondering if it would be okay to use a 'lunch-box' style portable butane stove on the top of this table?
G'day Andrew,Â
You should be able to use your portable lunchbox style stove on top of this table as these stoves generally don't produce that much heat under them so that won't be a problem.Â
I reckon a wooden board or some form of barrier is always a good idea regardless. ~ Ben
G’day Marjorie, the Coleman 4 Foot Fold in Half Table is super easy to set up – you just unfold the middle of the table top, extend the legs and lock them into place.
The 2017 “lifetime” brand version now does a 482mm low height in addition to the previous two heights. Has Coleman also made this change?
G'day Nads,
Not for the Coleman 4 Foot Fold in Half Table as yet.
Hi, can you please tell me the dimensions when folded. Thanks.
