Potentially!  It depends on how careful you are.
There is a plastic cap on the ladder ends, but it's not soft like a rubber.
If you are concerned you could always put a bit of thick material over the end - possibly something like a piece of old yoga mat, that would also help with grip.

It doesn't come with hooks, I'm sorry.  At present this is the only ladder we sell, but you may have some luck looking at replacement roof top tent ladders, as I believe they have some form of attachment at the top.
Or, alternatively, you may be able to find some ladder hook attachments from somewhere like Bunno's that could be compatible with this ladder.

The packed size is the unit when it is completely folded down. I can confirm that it is 95 x 47 x 8cm.

I've just double checked the instruction manual that comes with the3.2m Telescopic Ladder and you can partially extend it.
