I'm not too sure where you've seen a photo showing a black mug, but unfortunately, we don't currently have any melamine mugs in Black. The closest we have to black is green or navy in the Campfire Melamine Mugs.

As far as we know these are great for camping, we certainly don't really see any coming back! I think you're more likely to handle them with a bit of care than a courier who is unaware of the package contents. If you really want something that's tough as nails though, look at our stainless and enamel tableware, or even the Sea to Summit Delta range.

Unfortunately, there are some items that we are unable to ship for a variety of reasons.
In this instance, we were experiencing numerous complaints of the set breaking while in transit even after packaging the box in bubble wrap, so we made the decision after receiving customer feedback to cease offering delivery on this particular item.

G’day Hailey, as this product is made from melamine it’s not meant to be used in a microwave. The other sets in out range are made from enamel covered steel so those wouldn’t be appropriate either. If you’re in need of microwave friendly kitchenware then we’d recommend looking into glass or ceramic products that are made especially for microwave use.
