Will this tent hold an 18l solar shower bag?1 answer

G'day Jules,
We wouldn't recommend it, no. Essentially shower and ensuite tents are designed to be used with 12v showers where there's a hose and showerhead. Typically with the instant/quick framed tents, and with the Darche specifically, the physical apex of the roof is not attached to the frame, and so the full 20kg weight of the bag is supported by fabric stitching alone. It also will make the roof of the tent sag slightly. The other thing to factor in is the actual length of the shower bag...once suspended inside a ensuite the base of the bag will only sit around 1.5m off the ground. You could try a pop-up style that allows you to zip open the roof, and therefore suspend the shower bag from an overhead tree or awning, etc. Hope that helps!

Hi if choosing how long is the start up time compared to others with external frame? Can u hang your shower rose in the middle

You'll be able to set up the Quick Cube Ensuite is about 5 minutes including pegs etc once you know what you're doing. Generally, the other models without the quick set frames will take about 15 minutes. There is a spot that the shower rose can be attached in the top of the frame.

Not this product sorry, Glenn. I'm not aware of any shower tents that are made in Australia, at least no in our dealings anyway. All Darche products are made overseas.

Because the Darche Quick Cube Ensuite tent has a Polyurethane coating inside it is not see through! Whilst there may be some kind of shadow thrown out using while using an internal light at night time, it will be fairly ambiguous and mostly just allude to movement...not at all a compromise on privacy. Hope that helps.

The Quick Cube Ensuite has a 1000mm Waterhead rating so we'd generally say this will withstand light rain for short periods.
