This pole kit is really only meant to fit the Oz Trail Mitchell series. If your swag is similar (click here to have a look) then the poles might work but I couldn't confirm that sorry as we don't sell the Boab brand.

I have a very old Mitchell swag which is roughly 15-17 years old, would these fit? I've had a good look all over and can't seem to find a model number of any description. The current ones are a fibreglass style if that helps.

Howdy Dylan. The new model Mitchell swags actually have aluminium curved poles so if you actually have the fibreglass poles on your model then I would assume these will not fit. The new aluminium poles fit in to a pin arrangement on the corners of the swag. Probably the best thing to do is to come in store and see if we can sort something out for you or to give us a call on 1300 914 007.

I believe that there was a new model brought in recently (e.g. with PVC base) and am unsure of whether this affects the length of the poles.

Fair question Brad, and I'm sure we'll see plenty more people with the same question. The original Mitchell King and the newer Mitchell Expedition with PVC base are of the same dimensions, which means the replacement pole kits can be used for either model.Â

I have oz trail swag older one with the fiber glass poles they are stuffed will these ones do the same job. My swag isn't the clip onto the poles type it's the one where the poles slip into the pockets 1 answer

It would be great if you could find the name of the model (as it may be discontinued) and if not, how long you’ve had it – then I can hopefully find out which poles are compatible.
